Return & Refund Policy – Vibe Vanity

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vibevanity59@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
